This is my second Whirlpool - same model. I love this microwave. My first one lasted me for like 9 or 10 years. I went looking for another microwave and knew I wanted one just like that first one. I must have gone to 6 stores. Finally at HHGregg, there it was...the exact model of my first microwave. At an incredibly reasonable price. I told them to wrap it up.I have had this 2nd Whirlpool microwave for about 2 years. The performance is great. Dependable. Easy controls (my little 3 years old granddaughter can operate it (with me standing near her of course), great menu features, nice alert that the food is done, fits well on my counter and is attractive.I typically do not cook or bake in a microwave. I use it for reheating and heating foods.I would highly recommend this microwave to anyone looking for a great appliance, that is dependable and does a wonderful job of heating and reheating foods.

I am so thankful I decided to buy this new microwave! We use it on a daily basis for reheating meals, etc. I have always known Whirlpool equipment to be of super quality and this purchase did not disappoint at all! I highly recommend this microwave and any other Whirlpool appliance available!

It is a very small basic microwave. Takes too long to heat anything. The revolving glass plate comes off and makes a lot of noise. Not enough functions. It's good enough for popcorn.

Owned this for a little over a week. Heats well. Turntable turns much faster than my old microwave which we like. The only thing that I would wish for on this is a 30 sec cook button. It has a 'minute' button, but I miss the 30 sec button that my old one had.

Well i was excited that i got a whirlpool microwave. I love whirlpool. Well any ways it was a gift cause i havnt had a microwave for months n when they finally gave me on it dont work. I think its malfunction. When it close its not on n it dont heat up. The timer dont move. Im so mad right now.

We are undergoing a kitchen remodel and living in the basement. We have a toaster oven, coffee pot, blender and new little micro. Kind of like camping in our own house. It works great and helps a lot! All of my appliances are Whirlpool I just ordered a new refrig, micro and range.

Bought his Microwave to replace one that expired and the size was exactly what we needed for the space the old one was in. The microwave exceeded our expectations in terms of appearance and ease of operation. I love the "Add a Minute" function. All in all very pleased we picked this model.

This microwave is best suited for a college dorm or for your office for casual use. I haven’t found it to be great for cooking anything other than popcorn, and it takes several attempts to reheat food to get it hot. That said, if you are on a budget and have limited space, this is doable. I am making it work for me.
